RECENTLY COMPLETED 

THE HAWTHORNS, DALTON

The Hawthorns located in the picturesque village of Dalton, North Yorkshire featured three spacious, two-story, four-bedroom detached homes.

 

Each included a welcoming hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a utility room, an elegant lounge with a log burner, a snug (adaptable as a home office or playroom), and a downstairs WC.

 

The kitchens boasted Howden's units, quartz worktops, Bosch and Neff appliances, and Karndean LVT flooring with underfloor heating, which extended throughout the hallway, utility, and WC. Bi-fold doors opened onto a private garden with a patio.

 

The first floor comprised a master bedroom with en-suite, a guest room with en-suite, three double bedrooms, and a house bathroom with tiled features and modern fixtures.

 

Interiors were designed by Stylesmith Interiors of Harrogate, and each property included a design concierge service.

 

Energy efficiency was prioritised with insulation, air source heat pumps, and thermostatic controls. Gardens were turfed with a patio, outdoor tap, water harvesting kit, EV charging point, single garage, and driveway parking for two cars.
